These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nodes.global (the "Site") and any enquiry, consultation, proposal, or engagement process initiated through it (together, the "Services"), provided by NODES ("NODES," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms.

1. About NODES

NODES is an end-to-end marketing consulting company. We audit, design strategy, and build the systems behind growth, spanning brand and growth marketing, custom AI systems, custom marketing technology, SEO, GEO (generative engine optimisation), and PR.

The Site allows you to submit an enquiry describing your business, company, and the type of engagement you are interested in (marketing consulting, custom AI systems, custom marketing technology, GEO/AI visibility, PR and strategic visibility, or unspecified). Submitting an enquiry, or booking a call through the Site:

• Does not create a client relationship, obligation to engage, or binding contract between you and NODES
• Is treated by us as a request for information and does not commit either party to any paid engagement
• Will typically receive a response within two business days, as indicated on the Site, though response times are not guaranteed

Any actual engagement for consulting, engineering, or other services will be governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement) agreed between you and NODES, which will take precedence over these Terms for the scope of that engagement.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content on it, including text, graphics, logos, the NODES and Systemorph names and marks, the "Index" of practices and capabilities, methodology descriptions, and the overall look and feel, are the property of NODES or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business use in evaluating our Services. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights in our methodologies, frameworks, software, or systems (including any proprietary marketing technology or AI systems referenced on the Site) to you, whether or not you submit an enquiry or engage our Services.
